The Village South is a new residential neighborhood currently under construction just south of Ball State University's campus in Muncie, Indiana. For the first time in decades, Ball State graduates, alumni, donors, faculty, retirees, and community leaders have an opportunity to live in a walkable neighborhood directly connected to the heart of the Ball State community. This video provides an overview of the vision behind Village South, the progress being made today, and what
