Village South Townhomes: September Construction Update

As we close out September, we are pleased with the progress being made at Village South!
The favorable weather over the past several weeks has allowed our crews to complete important exterior work on the first townhome building. Final exterior painting is now complete, and we love the way the warm, natural color complements the stone, highlights the brickwork, and brings the entire exterior palette together.
With the mix of stone, brick, siding, metal roof accents, large windows, and distinctive architectural details, the townhomes are beginning to show the timeless character we envisioned from the beginning. Each new layer adds warmth and depth—and makes it much easier to imagine Village South as a completed neighborhood.
There is also exciting progress happening inside.
Interior painting and detailed trim work are well underway, including substantial window and door casings, paneled accent walls, fireplace surrounds, and traditional moldings. Cabinetry and vanities are being installed, while tilework is bringing individual character to the bathrooms and other interior spaces.
These finishes are especially important to the Village South vision. Our goal has never been to simply construct new residences. We want to create homes that feel established, thoughtfully designed, and rich in architectural detail from the moment you step inside.
As the interior selections come together, each room is beginning to develop its own personality. Classic black-and-white flooring, softly colored cabinetry, carefully chosen tile, abundant windows, and refined millwork create a look that feels fresh while remaining timeless.
There is still work ahead, both inside and around the grounds, but this is an exciting stage of construction. We are moving beyond framing and drywall and into the finishes that allow people to truly picture themselves living here.
